Dayton: I'm ultimately responsible if MNsure fails
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Gov. Mark Dayton isn't saying if he asked for the resignation of Minnesota's health insurance exchange's director, but says he's ultimately responsible for the success or failure of the venture.
