Police Report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls Thursday:

Warrant

1:32 p.m. A 36-year-old man was arrested on a body only warrant on Ridgeway Avenue.

Accident

4:06 p.m. Officers responded to a hit and run accident on the 2900 block of Division Street W.

Medical

4:43 p.m. Officers assisted EMS with an injury sustained during a football game. Child was transported to hospital.

Weapons

5:42 p.m. Officer responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Sherman Drive NW. Source of shots was determined to be from legal hunting area.

Theft

8:05 a.m. A 30-year-old man was arrested on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW after officers responded to a report of theft from a business by a former employee.

4:20 p.m. Officers responded to report of shoplifting on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

6:33 p.m. A 25-year-old woman was cited for theft on the 600 block of America Avenue NW.

Disorderly Conduct

7:27 p.m. Officers responded to a noise complaint and advised a group of individuals on the 800 block of America Avenue NW to keep quiet..

Assault

7:51 p.m. Officers responded to a report of three girls fighting on the 1800 block of Park Avenue NW.

Traffic

7:18 a.m. A 28-year-old man was cited for speeding on Roosevelt Road SE and Scott Avenue SE.

7:30 a.m. A 39-year-old woman was cited for speeding on Ranch Circle SW and Rako Street SW.

1:38 p.m. A 24-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation during a traffic stop at Paul Bunyan Drive NW and Hannah Avenue NW.

6:29 p.m. A 21-year-old woman was cited for expired registration during a traffic stop at 1st Street E and Grant Avenue SE.

9:13 p.m. A 24-year-old man was issued an administrative citation for loud exhaust on a motorcycle on the 700 block of Bemidji Avenue N.

The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls Thursday:

Disorderly Conduct

10:21 a.m. A 60-year-old man was cited for indecent exposure on Whitetail Road NE and Beach Lane NE in Beltrami County.

Warrant

1:32 p.m. A 36-year-old man was arrested on a warrant on Ridgeway Avenue in Bemidji.

Burglary

1:57 p.m. Deputy responded to a report of a burglary on the 25000 block of Boreal Road NW in Pinewood.

Traffic

8:45 a.m. A 55-year-old man was cited for passing on the right where prohibited and given a verbal warning for dark window tint at Adams Avenue NW and Division Street in Bemidji.

12:01 p.m. A 35-year-old man was cited for tinted windows on Irvine Avenue NW and 24th Street NW in Bemidji.

4:09 p.m. A 26-year-old woman was cited for no proof of insurance following a traffic stop on Roosevelt Road SE and Lake Avenue SE in Bemidji.

4:18 p.m. A 25-year-old man was cited for a traffic violation at Everts Road NE and Jacobson Court NE in Tenstrike.

Fraud

10:37 p.m. Deputy responded to report of a paving company scan on the 20200 block of Lake Julia Drive NW in Bemidji.

Fire Report

The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls Thursday:

1:03 p.m. Medical on the 1500 block of Birchmont Drive NE.

4:53 p.m. Medical on the 1900 block of Middle School Road.

The Bemidji Fire Department responded to the following calls Friday:

12:58 a.m. Ambulance assist on the 51800 block of 179th Avenue.
