Daily arrests, police and fire report for July 4 and 5
11:18 p.m. Thursday: A 34-year-old man was arrested at a home in the 1700 block of Birchmont Drive Northeast. He was booked on a charge of obstructing the legal process.
10:29 p.m. Wednesday: A 49-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Southwest.
10:28 p.m. Wednesday: A “severely intoxicated male” was found in the 400 block of Bemidji Avenue North. The man was taken to Sanford Medical Center, according to police.
Drugs9:31 p.m. Thursday: A 37-year-old woman was ar-rested for possessing drug paraphernalia, illegal fire-works and an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. The arrest took place in the 100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive Southeast.
Warrant9:28 p.m. Thursday: A 29-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in the 100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive South-east.1:17 p.m. Wednesday: A female was arrested on a warrant at Walmart, 2025 Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Theft4:18 p.m. Thursday: A 40-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman were arrested on various charges following a report of shoplifting. The arrests took place at Wal-mart, 2025 Paul Bunyan Dr. NW.
Hazard10:07 a.m. Thursday: A downed tree struck a power line near the intersection of 10th Street Northwest and Jeannette Avenue West.
Trespassing11:27 p.m. Wednesday: A 41-year-old man was cited for trespassing at the Bemidji Jaycees tent.
Assault9:05 p.m. Wednesday: A 40-year-old man was arrested on a warrant following a re-port of an assault in the 100 block of 3rd Street Northwest.
Fraud11 a.m. Wednesday: A woman at a home in the 800 block of Dewey Avenue Northwest reported her son had taken her checks, and made them out to him.
Suspicious5:45 a.m. Wednesday: A 47-year-old man was arrested following a report of a “male tampering with vehicles,” according to police. The ar-rest occurred in the 600 block of America Avenue Northwest.1:24 a.m. Wednesday: A 23-year-old man was arrested for violating a no-drink order. The arrest occurred in the 2600 block of Delton Avenue Northwest.
