Curb and Oakes honored with Century 21 service award

BEMIDJI - Betsie Curb and Bill Oakes, working together as Team Curb and Oakes, have received the Century 21 Quality Service Team Award with a 95 percent customer satisfaction index.

According to a news release, the team earned the award after clients indicated overwhelmingly to a third party conducting the survey that they exceeded expectations in 10 areas of customer service.
