The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Thursday:
12:01 a.m. A 19-year-old man was cited for minor consumption of alcohol on 300 block of 23rd Street NE.
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Wednesday:
1:31 p.m. A 24-year-old man was cited after report of a dog bite on 2600 block of Delton Ave. NW. Dog was quarantined.
5:13 p.m. Officer responded to report of an accident on Bemidji Ave. N and 29th Street NE.
11:42 a.m. A 22-year-old man was cited for small amount of marijuana after officer responded to a report of a hit and run with no injuries on 1400 block of 30th Street NW.
8:26 p.m. A juvenile male was placed at Northwestern Juvenile Detention Center at his mother’s request because he has been smoking marijuana. Officer was not able to place son at detention center for petty offense, he was transported to youth shelter.
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Wednesday:
6:37 a.m. A 23-year-old man was arrested for DWI after deputies responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 2 East and County Road 2 in Bemidji.
1:13 p.m. A 51-year-old woman was cited for drug paraphernalia and possession of a legend drug on Highway 89 NW and Nature Road NW following a suspicious activity traffic stop.
3:08 p.m. Two 25-year-old men were cited for drug paraphernalia and small amount of marijuana following a traffic stop for passing on the right on Bemidji Road NE and Sumac Road NE.
12:55 a.m. Deputy responded to a report of an accident on Highway 2 NW in Bemidji.
6:38 p.m. Deputy responded to report of an accident on Highway 2 West in Wilton.
6:58 p.m. An accident was reported on 100 block of Spirit Ave. NW in Wilton.
