Crime report for Nov. 12
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Tuesday:
1:38 a.m. A 31-year-old man was arrested for violating a court order on 1600 block of 23rd Street NW.
8:33 a.m. A predatory offender compliance check was conducted on 400 block of Miles Ave. SE. Updated photos were taken.
11:29 a.m. Officer discovered predatory offender absconded from his probation and has not been staying at his registered address on 500 block of 4th Street NW.
11:49 a.m. Minor accident on 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW. A 20-year-old woman was cited for use of revoked license plates and no motor vehicle insurance.
2:37 p.m. Complaint of forged checks reported at 1000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
8:34 p.m. A 25-year-old man was arrested for violating a court order on Bemidji Ave. N. and 4th Street NW.
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Tuesday.
8:40 a.m. Car vs. deer on 1700 block of N. Plantagenet Road SW in Bemidji. Citizen claimed deer and was given DNR number for a car killed tag.
10:45 a.m. A 25-year-old man was arrested in Kelliher. The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office opened an investigation into a possible sexual assault which occurred in northern Beltrami County. Two children were removed from a home and placed on a 72 hour hold.
11:31 a.m. A man on Sportsmen Road SW in Bemidji was informed he is not allowed to hunt with any type of firearm including a muzzleloader per county attorney.
6:43 p.m. A 21-year-old man was arrested on a no contact violation on Highway 72 NE in Kelliher.
