Crime report for June 26
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Thursday:
4:08 a.m. A 19-year-old man was arrested for driving after suspension, no proof of insurance, window tint and a warrant on Bemidji Ave. N and 5th Street NW.
10:42 p.m. A 44-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman were arrested on outstanding warrants on the 8000 block of Irvine Ave. NW during a traffic stop. Driver was cited for driving after revocation and possession of a legend drug. Passenger was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Thursday:
Minor consumption8:16 a.m. A juvenile was reported as a runaway and issued a citation for minor consumption on the 2900 block of Pine Ridge Ave. NW.
Assault1:15 a.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault on the 2600 block of Delton Ave. NW.12:15 p.m. A 25-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
Accident2:06 p.m. A 20-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation and no proof of insurance following an accident at the intersection of 197 West and Highway 71 North.
Theft3:33 p.m. A 24-year-old woman was cited for shoplifting at Walmart.5:01 p.m. A bicycle was reported stolen on the 1200 block of 1st Street E.8:41 p.m. A 43-year-old woman was cited for shoplifting on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
Disorderly conduct9:44 p.m. A 48-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 800 block of America Ave. NW.
