Sheriff’s Report

The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Monday:

Violation

11:54 a.m. A 43-year-old man was arrested for an order for protection violation on Fox Drive NW.

Assault

2:29 p.m. A 49-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following a theft call in Eckles Township on the 4800 block of Jackpine Road NW.

10:11 p.m. A 43-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault on Thompson Court NW.

Police Report

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Monday:

Warrant

1:29 p.m. A 58-year-old man turned himself in on a warrant.

Trespass

4:20 p.m. An adult female was removed from an apartment on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW following a call to remove squatters from a vacant apartment.

Theft

4:43 p.m. A mens mountain bike was reported stolen on the 500 block of 4th Street NW.

7:22 p.m. A motor vehicle was reported stolen on the 3000 block of Cedar Lane NW.

Sex crime

9:26 p.m. A vulnerable adult reported an assault on the 1700 block of Delton Ave. NW. Incident is under investigation.

Driving

9:47 p.m. A 37-year-old man was issued a citation for exhibition driving on the 1000 block of 5th Street NW. Same individual was issued a citation for loud exhaust at 9:33 p.m. on 5th Street NW and Mississippi Ave. NW.

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Tuesday:

Property damage

6:54 a.m. Property damage and theft from a vehicle was reported on the 1100 block of Dewey Ave. NE.
