Crime report for July 16-17
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Wednesday:
12:08 a.m. A 28-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant on Lumberjack Road NW and Highway 89 NW.
2:09 p.m. A 27-year-old man was arrested on a warrant on Highway 2 NW and Highway 89 NW.
5:27 p.m. A 24-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in Cass County on the 51000 block of Wind Flower Drive and transported to the Beltrami County Jail.
9:17 p.m. A 23-year-old was arrested for assault on the 600 block of Patriot Drive NW.
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Wednesday:
4:11 a.m. A 36-year-old man was arrested for DWI on Highway 2 NW and Division Street W.
9:25 a.m. A 61-year-old woman was cited following a two-vehicle accident with no injuries on the 400 block of Irvine Ave. NW.
10:44 a.m. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident with minor injuries on 15th Street NW and Norton Ave. NW.
4:06 p.m. A 50-year-old man was arrested for theft from a local business on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive S.
8:35 p.m. A 50-year-old man was arrested for violating court orders following a disorderly conduct call to the 100 block of 3rd Street NW.
9:17 p.m. A 23-year-old woman was arrested for interfering with an emergency phone call following an assault call to the 600 block of Patriot Drive NW.
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Thursday:
2:37 a.m. A 26-year-old man was arrested on a warrant following a suspicious person call to the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.
3:22 a.m. A 35-year-old woman was arrested after stolen checks were recovered on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW.
5:59 a.m. A burned paper was reported next to an open gas can near the Sanford Center on the 1100 block of Event Center Drive NE.
