Crime report for Feb. 7-10
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Saturday:
8:06 a.m. A one-vehicle rollover was reported on the 29900 block of Funkley Road NE in Blackduck.
3:12 p.m. A 31-year-old woman was arrested for no proof of insurance and no driver’s license after deputy responded to an assist call reporting a vehicle lost its rear tire at the intersection of Irvine Ave. NW and Lakewood Drive NW. Driver indicated she has just purchased the vehicle.
6:34 p.m. A 25-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant on Funkley Road NE in Blackduck.
9:06 p.m. A 33-year-old man was cited for an uncased firearm in a motor vehicle on Highway 72 NE in Kelliher.
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Sunday:
4:49 p.m. A propane tank was reported stolen on Lake Bemidji.
11:12 p.m. Two 42-year-old men and a 28-year-old woman were arrested following a pursuit call on Highway 89 NW and Great Divide Road NW.
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Friday:
11:36 a.m. A 30-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant on the 1000 block of Mississippi Ave. NW.
5:19 p.m. A 29-year-old man was cited for consuming alcohol in public on the 1500 block of Birchmont Drive NE and subsequently arrested on a Cass County Warrant.
5:44 p.m. A report of sexual harassment was taken on the 800 block of Grant Ave. SE and forwarded to the detectives.
6:19 p.m. Officers took a report of a burglary on the 1000 block of Washington Ave. S. The incident is under investigation.
1:43 p.m. A 32-year-old man was cited for theft following a gas drive off on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
2:37 p.m. A 26-year-old man was cited for shoplifting at Lueken’s North on Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
3:10 p.m. An individual reported a theft from a vehicle on the 1100 block of Bemidji Ave. N.
7:00 p.m. A 31-year-old woman was arrested for fleeing on foot and shoplifting at Walmart.
8:20 p.m. A 42-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct and domestic assault on the 900 block of America Ave. NW.
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Saturday:
1:15 a.m. A 21-year-old woman backed into a parked vehicle on the 100 block of 3rd Street NW and was later arrested for DWI.
5:05 a.m. A 26-year-old man was arrested for first-degree burglary and property damage on the 1300 block of 1st Street E.
7:37 a.m. A 32-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant on the 3900 block of Irvine Ave. NW.
7:03 a.m. A 20-year-old man was cited for minor consumption of alcohol on the 300 block of 23rd Street NE.
12:04 p.m. A 52-year-old man was cited for smoking where prohibited when officers responded to remove one from a hotel on the 1000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive S.
1:44 a.m. A verbal warning was issued for urinating in public on the 100 block of 3rd Street NW.
1:46 a.m. Two adult males were warned for consuming alcohol in public on 2nd Street SE.
2:35 p.m. A 20-year-old man was arrested for violating conditions set by court on Beltrami Ave. NW.
12:52 p.m. A 57-year-old woman was cited following a minor two car crash without injuries on the 100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
20:26 p.m. Officer took report of a hit and run on the 1000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive S.
10:50 p.m. A hit and run accident was reported on the 1100 block of Event Center Drive NE. Unable to locate suspect vehicle at the time.
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Sunday:
3:15 a.m. A 52-year-old man was arrested for trespass and violation of conditions of release following a disorderly conduct call on the 1000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive S.
3:25 a.m. A 20-year-old woman was cited for minor consumption following a disorderly conduct call to the 1500 block of Birchmont Drive NE.
8:24 a.m. Officers assisted Bemidji Fire at a car fire on the 1900 block of Gregg Court NW. The fire was extinguished and nobody was injured in the incident.
3:29 p.m. A 20-year-old man was cited for trespassing on the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
4:03 p.m. A 30-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man were cited for shoplifting at Walmart.
10:17 p.m. Officer took report of an assault at the Beltrami County Jail. Charges were sent for review.
