The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Tuesday:
2:28 p.m. A 21-year-old man was transported from leech lake to Beltrami County Jail without incident on a warrant on the 51000 block of Wild Flower Drive.
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Tuesday:
2:15 a.m. A 24-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Wednesday:
Disorderly conduct12:19 p.m. A 43-year-old man was arrested for consuming alcohol in public on the 200 block of 3rd Street NW.12:24 p.m. A 42-year-old man was cited for aggressive panhandling on 3rd Street NW and Beltrami Ave. NW.
Warrant1:52 p.m. An 18-year-old man and a juvenile were arrested and a juvenile was cited following a welfare check to a hotel room on the 1000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive S. in which one person had a warrant and another was a runaway. The adult male was arrested for contributing and harboring a runaway.
Assault1:59 p.m. A juvenile was arrested following a fight at the middle school on the 1900 block of Middle School Drive NW.
Theft3:30 p.m. An adult female was cited for shoplifting at Target.
Animal5:04 p.m. A 37-year-old man was cited following an animal call to the 700 block of 12th Street NW in which officers impounded two dogs that reportedly killed a pet rabbit.
