The following cases were heard May 13 by Beltrami District Judge Paul T. Benshoof:

Richard Kim Truong, 20, of Bemidji was sentenced for receiving stolen property to 365 days in the Beltrami County Jail of which 338 days are stayed for two years. Truong must serve 27 days and has been credited for 27 days time served. He has been placed on supervised probation for two years and must pay a $300 fine which may be done through community service or sentence to serve.

The following cases were heard May 16 by Beltrami District Judge John G. Melbye:

Jon Melvin Enquist, 55, of Bemidji was sentenced for criminal vehicular homicide or operation under the influence or with neglect to 365 days in the Beltrami County Jail of which 321 days are stayed for three years. Enquist must serve 44 days and has been credited with 44 days time served. He has been placed on supervised probation for three years and must pay a $750 fine which has been stayed pending violation of probation.

The following cases were heard May 19 by Beltrami District Judge John G. Melbye:

Leda Marie Guernsey, 19, of Cass Lake was sentenced for second-degree burglary to 90 days in the Beltrami County Jail. She has been credited with 52 days time served. Guernsey has been placed on supervised probation for 10 years and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Eldon Raye Okstad, 53, of Bemidji was sentenced for third-degree DWI to 365 days in the Beltrami County Jail of which 350 days are stayed for three years. Okstad must serve 15 days and may do so through work release or sentence to serve if eligible. He has been placed on court probation for three years and must pay a $750 fine.

Arien Rose Monroe, 20, of Cass Lake was sentenced for felony second-degree drug possession to 48 months in the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Shakopee. Monroe has been credited with 71 days time served. She must pay a $50 fine.

Paul John Sayers, 21, of Red Lake was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine to 60 days in the Beltrami County Jail. He has been credited with 39 days time served. Sayers has been placed on supervised probation for five years after successful completion of which will result in a misdemeanor conviction. He must pay a $1,000 fine.

Erika Anne Seibold, 32, of Bemidji was sentenced for financial transaction card fraud to 365 days in the Beltrami County Jail of which 335 days are stayed for two years. Seibold must serve 30 days. She has been placed on two years court probation and must pay a $500 fine.
