Court report: Sentencings for July 18-22

The following cases were heard July18 by Beltrami District Judge Paul T. Benshoof:

Ricky Lee Lidel, 58, of Bemidji was sentenced for felony fifth-degree assault to 21 months in the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud. He has been credited with 38 days time served. Lidel must pay a $50 fine.

The following cases were heard July 21 by Beltrami District Judge John G. Melbye:

Travis Wade Kohlrusch, 28, of Bemidji was sentenced for felony first-degree DWI to 42 months in the Minnesota Correctional Facility, which is stayed for seven years with conditional release after five years confinement. Kohlrusch must serve 90 days in the Beltrami County Jail. He has been placed on seven years supervised probation and must pay a $3,000 fine, which has been stayed.

The following cases were heard July 22, 2014 by Beltrami District Judge Paul T. Benshoof:

Bret Ricardo Glatzmaier, 46, of Park Rapids was sentenced for receiving stolen property to 365 days in the Beltrami County Jail, of which 335 days are stayed for two years. Glazmaier must serve 30 days and has been credited with six days time served. He has been placed on two years court probation and must pay a $300 fine.

The following cases were heard July 22 by Beltrami District Judge John G. Melbye:

Michael Todd Fineday Jr., 19, of Bemidji was sentenced for felony first-degree burglary and first-degree aggravated robbery to two consecutive 93 month sentences in the Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud. Fineday has been credited with 121 days time served. He must pay $100 in fines.

Bryan Anthony Rose, 23, of Brockport, Penn., was sentenced for third-degree DWI to 365 days in the Beltrami County Jail, of which 355 days are stayed for three years. Rose must serve 10 days and has been credited with four days time served. Rose has been placed on three years court probation and must pay a $750 fine.
