The following case was heard on April 11 by Beltrami District Judge Jude Shari Schlucter:

Thomas Jesse Owens, 23, of Redby was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve one year in jail, 344 days of which are stayed for three years. He was placed on three years probation and must pay a $400 fine.

The following cases were heard on May 20 and 23 by Beltrami District Judge Paul Benshoof:

Dylan Cole Rossbach, 31, of Red Lake was sentenced for purchasing liquor for a minor.

He must serve one year in jail, 350 days of which are stayed for two years. He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $500 fine.

Jonathan Lee Mountain, 30, of Red Lake was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve one year in jail, 355 days of which are stayed for three years. He was placed on three years probation and must pay a $250 fine.

Danielle Francis Iatic, 30, of Cass Lake was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

She must serve one year in jail, 320 days of which are stayed. She was placed on four years probation and must pay a $250 fine.

Tony Dale Jones, 52, of Pinewood was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve one year in jail, 355 days of which are stayed for three years. He was placed on three years probation and must pay a $650 fine.

Lorreena Simone Hart, 26, of Cass Lake was sentenced for a gross misdemeanor check forgery.

She must serve one year in jail, 275 days of which are stayed for two years. She was placed on two years probation and must pay a $300 fine.

Luis Antonio Ocampo, 29, of Park Rapids was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI.

He must serve one year in jail, 274 days of which are stayed for three years. He was placed on three years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Myron Mashone Lewis, 22, of Milwaukee was sentenced for purchasing liquor for a minor.

He must serve 90 days in jail, 88 days of which are stayed. He was placed on one year of probation and must pay a $200 fine.
