The following cases were heard by Beltrami County District Judge John Melbye:

Daniel Vincent Bellino, 52, of Bemidji was sentenced on Tuesday for felony possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.

He was placed on supervised probation for five years, and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Michael Douglas Perry, 44, of Bemidji was sentenced on Tuesday for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular homicide or operation.

He must serve one year in jail, 245 days of which is stayed for three years. He was placed on supervised probation for three years, and must pay a $1,000 fine and $10 in fees.

   Elroy Dean Iceman, 30, of Bemidji was sentenced on Tuesday for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process.

   He must serve one year in jail, 355 days of which is stayed for two years. Credit for time served is five days.

He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $750 fine.

Chad Ryan Sohlman, 21, of Bemidji was sentenced on Tuesday for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 350 days of which is stayed for three years.  He was placed on three years probation and must pay a $500 fine.

Fred Thomas Crager, 51, of Bemidji was sentenced on Jan. 18 for gross misdemeanor DWI.

He must serve one year in jail, 350 days of which is stayed for one year. He was placed on one year of probation and a must pay a $750 fine.

Karen Jean Knute, 49, of Bemidji was sentenced on Jan. 18 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation.

She must serve 365 days in jail, 355 of which is stayed for two years. Credit for time served is one day. She must pay a $300 fine and $10 in fees.
