Community education kettlebell classes at JW Smith Gym
The Bemidji Area Schools Community Education program will soon offer Kettlebell classes with certified instructor Paul Voss. Women and men, beginners though advanced, are welcome.

Tuesday classes will be held from 6-6:46 p.m. Jan. 24 - March 6, and Thursday classes will be from 6-6:45 p.m. Jan. 26 - March 1. Pre-registration for Tuesday and/or Thursday classes is required, and can be completed by calling 333-3284, ext. 1 or by visiting www.bemidjicommunityed.com. The cost to attend the course is $42. Attendees must bring their own kettlebells.
