Cody had one of the most impressive weekends by a BSU forward so far this season in leading the Beavers to consecutive wins.

On Saturday she netted two goals, both on the power play, to lift the Beavers over the University of North Dakota 3-0.

On Sunday night she upped her performance by netting two more goals, including the game-winner in overtime. Her four-point weekend marked the greatest point total by a BSU player in 2009-10. She now leads the team in scoring with 15 points (8G, 7A).

On Wednesday, Cody was named the WCHA's Offensive Player of The Week.

Tesdahl led the Beavers to a 1-1 start in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference play last weekend as BSU hosted Minnesota State University, Moorhead and University of Minnesota-Crookston.

In the two games Tesdahl averaged 16 points, six rebounds and five assists in 33.5 minutes per game. He posted a 2.5 assists to turnover ratio, shot 58.8 percent from the field, was 3-of-4 from the 3-point line and a perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line.

He had a season-high 20 points in the 89-72 win against the Golden Eagles Saturday. In the 73-71 loss to the Dragons Friday, he had 12 points, seven assists and six rebounds.

The BSU women's ice hockey team will return to the ice this weekend at Minnesota-Duluth for a weekend series before breaking for the winter holidays. The games are set for Saturday and Sunday at 3:07 p.m.

Tesdahl and the Bemidji State men's basketball team begin their NSIC road schedule this weekend at Winona State University and Upper Iowa University.

Game times for the rare Saturday-Sunday weekend are set for 4 p.m.
