As co-chairs of the La Voce Ballo, Bemidji High School's all-female show choir program, Eileen Bretschneider and Stephanie Downey spend countless hours coordinating program events, overseeing costume fittings, working on fundraisers, facilitating parent meetings, coordinating parent/student communication, choreography weekends, travel arrangements, competitions and much more.

Their dedication as co-chairs of the show choir program, which often means having to adjust their own work schedules and personal time, in addition to their strong leadership style had led to a first-ever perfect season for La Voce Ballo, which took the top spot as grand champions at all three of its state competitions.
