Cindy Borowski named Minnesota Sheriff's Association Jail Administrator of the Year

Beltrami County Jail Administrator Cindy Borowski was presented with the Minnesota Sheriff's Association Jail Administrator of the Year Award by Beltrami County Commission Chairman Joe Vene Tuesday during the county board meeting.
