The sounds of Christmas -- and some Country classics -- were on display Wednesday night at the Sanford Center as Country music legend Kenny Rogers performed in Bemidji.
Rogers, who has sold more than 120 million records and is the eight best-selling artist of all time, also included some local flavor to his show. Members of the A Cappella Choir from Bemidji High School joined The Gambler on stage for several songs Wednesday night. And the BHS students weren't the only local students to shine on the stage as several students from the Schoolcraft Learning Community sang with Rogers' opening act Linda Davis.
