Gary and Janet Christiansen announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Marie Christiansen, to Buddy Eugene Mulkey, son of Barbara Gallant and Alan Brown. The wedding will be Sept. 10 at 3 p.m. at St. Philip's Church, Bemidji, with a reception dinner and dance following at Christiansens' Idylwyld Cottages, 2515 N. Plantagenet Road S.W. All friends and family are invited to attend.
