Cheer: Rotarians cited

Ron Koetter of the Bemidji Sunrise Rotary Club earned Rotarian of the Year for Community Service recognition for his work as construction manager for the Northern Dental Access Center, a club project. And Scott Turn of the Bemidji Rotary Club was finalist in the Rotary District 5580 Rotarian of the Year and earned the Distinguished Service Citation for devoted service to the club, community and Rotary. Service clubs and their members make the Bemidji a quality community.
