Cass Lake men injured in rollover accident
Two Cass Lake men were injured in a single-vehicle rollover accident at 9 a.m. Friday on U.S. Highway 2 east of Bemidji.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol out of Thief River Falls:
Robert J. Budreau, 33, was driving a 1999 Dodge pickup truck west on Highway 2 when he lost control of the vehicle at the intersection with Beltrami County Road 50. The truck went into the north ditch and rolled.
Budreau and a passenger, Lionell L. Fairbanks, 30, were taken to North Country Regional Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Neither was wearing a seat belt.
The roads were icy at the time of the accident.
The vehicle sustained severe damage.
