Cass Lake ice fishing tournament Saturday
The Cass Lake Area Chamber of Commerce/Palace Casino and Hotel Winter Fishing Challenge will be Saturday on Cass Lake.

The family event includes an ice fishing tournament from noon to 3 p.m. with prizes awarded afterward at the Palace Casino bingo hall.
A free hot meal also will be given to all ticket holders.
Tournament tickets are $35. A rules meeting will be 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the American Legion in Cass Lake. A fish fry diner, for separate cost, will be at the Legion from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. today.
More than $10,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded during the event.
