Cass Clay products win in World Dairy Contest

Cass Clay Creamery of Fargo, N.D. has won top honors for three of their products in the recent World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest. Judging was held the week of August 23rd with entries from around the world in many categories. Cass Clay earned 1st Place honors for their Green Chili Dip in the sour cream based dip category; 1st Place honors for their Country Style Heavy Cream in the whipping cream category; and 3rd place honors for their Swiss Style Chocolate Milk in the lowfat chocolate milk category.

Cass Clay Creamery, a division of Associated Milk Producers, Inc., is a 75 year old producer

owned dairy cooperative. The owner producers provide the raw milk from their herds in North

Dakota and Minnesota. The Cass Clay manufacturing facility is in Fargo. Products are available

in North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota.
