Carol Noble, 81, of Bemidji, MN died Monday, June 23, 2014 at Havenwood Care Center, Bemidji.
A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 27, 2014 at St. Philips Catholic Church with Fr. Chuck Huck officiating. A Time of Sharing will be 5-7 p.m., Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home with a 7 p.m. prayer service. Family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Inurnment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Bemidji.
Carol Jean Lind was born March 21, 1933 in Bemidji, MN to Lloyd & Josephine (Jennie) Lind Sr.. She attended school in Spooner, MN, St. Paul, MN and graduated from Bemidji High School. On June 21, 1952 she married Richard Noble in Bemidji. She attended Miles City Junior College and worked at the State School for boys in Miles City, MT. They lived in Long Beach, CA and various other places before settling back in Bemidji for over 40 years. She worked for her brother at Lloyds Furniture for most of those years. She loved baking, music, books, flowers, her cats, and being a foster grandparent at Gilfillan and St. Philips Catholic School.
She is survived by daughters, Deborah (Douglas F.) Henry, Patricia Jones and Jennifer Noble all of Bemidji; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Lloyd (Pat) Lind of Bemidji; sister, Mary Gail (Terry) Doty of Rochester and many nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Noble; granddaughter, Andrea Henry and grandson, Christopher Belair.
