Cagle, Eng, Johnson lead Bemidji St. at Concordia

MOORHEAD – Jessica Cagle was among BSU’s top performers at Saturday’s Concordia-Moorhead meet, earning second place in the shot put with a throw of 42-5.5.

Austyn Eng cleared 9-11.75 in the pole vault to claim second place and Kaneeshia Johnson took second in the long jump at 17-2.75.

Bemidji State’s 4x200 relay team of Sara Melom, Sydney Lund, Carly Schwint and Tia Lindberg clocked a time of 1:55.46 to finish second.

Also finishing second was the 4x400 relay team of Mackenzie Haupert, Taylor Sautbine, Ashley Larva and Tina Larson with a time of 4:15.74.

BSU will be back on the road Saturday when it travels to Superior.
