Building shoe box theater

Nine-year-old Stephanie Mattson puts the finishing touches on her shoe box theater that she created Tuesday at the Boys and Girls Club of the Bemidji Area. About 70 elementary-age children, under the guidance of Margaret Burger, created their own shoe box theaters, made possible by grants through the Region 2 Arts Council.
