Boy riding bicycle strikes vehicle outside of Lincoln Elementary

A boy riding a biclycle was injured Wednesday evening as he collided with a vehicle at about 4:45 p.m. on Fifth Street Northeast outside of Lincoln Elementary School.

According to the police report:

The boy, Ned Greenman, whose age was not listed, was riding north on Richards Avenue Northeast with other bicyclists when they began to turn onto Fifth Street.
