Body may be that of missing Grand Rapids man

GRAND RAPIDS, Minn. -- A body found Monday apparently is that of a man who has been missing for two weeks, Grand Rapids police said.

Police issued a news release Monday afternoon saying it believes the body is that of William Russell Martin, 53, who has been missing since May 20. The body was recovered within city limits.

The St. Louis County Medical Examiner’s Office will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death and to confirm identification.
