Blackduck man injured in crash

A 29-year-old Blackduck man was injured in a two-vehicle crash at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in Norman County.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol out of Detroit Lakes:

Adam C. Barnard was driving a 1998 International Truck on state Highway 32 south of Fertile, Minn., when he was rear-ended by a 1998 GMC Sierra driven by John R. Gullickson, 28, of Fertile.

Both men were wearing their seat belts.

Barnard was taken to Bridges Medical Center in Ada, Minn., where he was treated and released.

Gullickson was taken to MeritCare Hospital in Fargo, N.D., with non-life-threatening injuries.
