Rosemary Sussens will present a second class on genealogy at the Blackduck Community Library June 21 from 6:30-8 p.m. Anyone who took the first class last fall, or have hands on experience with Ancestry.com or HeritageQuest will find this workshop extremely helpful.

This intermediate class will focus on immigration, naturalization records, military records, periodical and county resources. In addition, suggestions will be given for those interested in finding female ancestors, and for beginning a family search of emigration records in the country of origin.

The opening presentation of this class will be about 30 minutes, followed by 1 hour of computer time. This class will be more self-directed than the class which was offered last fall, and those who attend should have the basics already in hand.

The size is limited by the number of computers the library has available, so please call today to reserve a spot. If you have your own laptop with wireless, you are welcome to bring it, but you will still asked to sign up ahead of time.
