On the first Friday in November, Dee's friend, Anne Barthel of Plymouth, visited for the weekend. She helped Dee sort through "stuff" and they got rid of a lot.

Saturday, they lunched at the Super Buffet in Bemidji and had a couple of meals from Countryside which made for not a lot of cooking but a lot of talking. Dee thoroughly enjoyed the weekend she said.

Nov. 16, Elaine Baazard visited with Dee before she left for Texas to get acquainted with her brand new twin grandsons and to help their mom, September, until after the first of the year.

Nov. 17, everyone gathered in the community room for the November potluck and birthdays. A traditional Thanksgiving dinner was served to 14 people.

Thanksgiving was recognized by those getting together with friends and family except those who were kept down by illness.
