Birchmont project prompts special closed meeting

BEMIDJI – The Bemidji City Council and Northern Township Board will meet for a special closed meeting Monday.

The special meeting is “to discuss threatened or pending litigation regarding the Birchmont Drive utility project reassessment,” according to a news release from the city.

The meeting, which starts at 4 p.m. at Northern Town Hall, 445 Town Hall Road, is closed in accordance to state law.
