BI-CAP publishes third cookbook
BEMIDJI — The Energy Assistance Department at Bi-County Community Action Programs recently completed its third “Reach Out for Warmth Cookbook.”
All proceeds from cookbook sales go directly to the Reach Out for Warmth program, which assists households in need with heating and electrical emergencies.
ROFW is a local program that is funded through community support from donations and fundraisers.
The cookbook features favorite recipes from BI-CAP staff, board members and area heat and electrical vendors.
Local artist Mary Terese donated her time to create the cover artwork for the project.
Cookbooks are available for sale at the Bemidji and Walker BI-CAP offices.
