BEMIDJI – Representatives of Bemidji High School accepted an award at the ACT State Organization 2013 Annual Conference awards luncheon Feb. 15 in Minneapolis.

BHS was honored for academic distinction as demonstrated by achievement of a perfect ACT score of 36 by 2012 graduate Zachary Hewitt.

Hewitt is the son of Terry and Robin Hewitt.

Minnesota had 31 perfect scores out of more than 44,000 students who took the ACT in 2012.
