Bemidji's Dillon Eichstadt signs with Wenatchee of NAHL
BEMIDJI - Bemidji senior hockey defenseman Dillon Eichstadt has signed to play for Wenatchee (Washington) of the NAHL.
Eichstadt is one of four new defensemen and 14 new players who signed with the Wild.
Wenatchee lost nine players from last year who went on to Division I hockey programs, including a pair of 100-point scorers and its top defenseman and goalie.
Other Minnesota players who were tendered contracts with the Wild this year are forwards Nathan Flynn of Hastings, Nicholas Kuchera of Eagan and Jake O'Borsky of Benilde St. Margaret's plus defenseman Derick Kuchera of Eagan.
