Bemidji Sunrise Rotary Club promotes Literacy in Bemidji

Mayor Richard Lehmann, left, signs a proclamation setting this week as Literacy Week in Bemidji, with the Bemidji Sunrise Rotary Club using the week to visit schools in the community and give free dictionaries to more than 400 third-graders.
