Bemidji State's Menton takes first place at Wayne State golf tournament
WAYNE, Neb. -- Danny Menton fired a 3-under-par 141 (68-73) to earn medalist honors and guide the Bemidji State men's golf team to a second-place finish at the Wayne State Spring Invitational golf tournament Monday.
Nebraska-Kerney won the team title with a 36-hole total of 591, five strokes ahead of BSU and Minnesota State Mankato.
