Bemidji offers new fitness programs

BEMIDJI – The City of Bemidji will offer three new fitness programs to the community beginning Oct. 2: Zumba Gold, Zumbatomic and Bemidji Stroller Moms.

Zumba Gold will be from 9-10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, from Oct. 2 through Oct. 18 at the City Park Multi-Use Building. Cost is $23 for the session.

Zumbatomic, a Zumba program for kids ages 6-12, will run from 3:30-4:15 p.m. Thursdays from Oct. 4 through Oct. 25 at the City Park Multi-Use Building. Cost is $24 for the session.

Bemidji Stroller Moms, a fitness class for dads and moms, will be from 9-9:45 a.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, Oct. 8 through Oct. 24 starting at Sanford Center – Gate 2. Cost is $20 for the full three weeks, or $4 per class.
