Bemidji KFC Best of the Best
The Bemidji Kentucky Fried Chicken earned the Best of the Best designation in KFC operations and customer service in 2009. The restaurant is owned and operated by the St. Martin family.
In order to earn the Best of the Best designation, a restaurant must have overall operational excellence and among the highest scores on a standard set of measurements that evaluate six key areas of operation: cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service. Only about 60 restaurants in the nation receive the honor.
The Bemidji KFC ranked 22nd in the nation and fourth in the franchise community, competing against more than 5,200 restaurants.
"The St. Martins are very proud of the employees working at the Bemidji KFC for earning the Best of the Best," Jack St. Martin said in a news release. "It took a tremendous amount of hard work and dedication by all the members of the team. Being named Best of the Best is an accomplishment that marks the highest honor a KFC team can achieve."
