The team heads to the Hibbing Invitational tomorrow and hosts Detroit Lakes ad Crookston next Tuesday.

Bemidji was still without Cortne Solberg, sidelined with illness. But Thursday it adjusted to her loss to win handily.

It needed tiebreakers to win at No; 2 and 3 doubles against Fergus but took all other five matches in straight sets as Taylor returned to singles, moving up to No. 2. Her sister Kenzie remained in doubles to win at No. 1.

Against Moorhead, Taylor Kane moved back to doubles. But Bemidji won every match in straight sets, extended only at No. 2 s singles where Haley Pollock won 7-6 (7-5), 7-5.

Moorhead scored no more than five points in any other match.
