Bemidji HS girls soccer beats Walker, improves to 2-0

The Bemidji girls soccer team opened its home season in style Saturday, swamping WHA 8-1 at the Middle School field.

The eight goals were the most in several years for Bemidji, far exceeding last year's single game high of five, also against Walker.

It lifted Bemidji to 2-0 on the young season which hosts Moorhead Tuesday and travels to Detroit Lakes Thursday.
