BEMIDJI–TheBeltrami County Historical Society announcesthecompletion ofBemidjitheMiddleYears:1941-1961, a co-production oftheBeltrami County Historical Society and Gary Burger Video Audio.The documentary coversthetime ofthePearl Harbor bombing to John F. Kennedy’s election. It features interviews, motion picture footage, original music and photographs that tellthestory of Beltrami County residents duringthetumultuous and fascinating time period.Thegala film premiere ofthedocumentary will be at 7p.m. Jan. 19 attheHistoricChief Theater. Admission isfree.Copies ofthe film will be available for sale at the premiere or can be ordered online at www.beltramihistory.org.Thedocumentary was made possible by support oftheGeorge W. Neilson Foundation, Beltrami County, Region 2 Arts Council, Pat Riley, Natalie Roholt, H.B. and Ina Roholt, and participation of area residents.
