Bemidji Eagles Club hosting state convention
BEMIDJI — The 110th Minnesota Eagles State Convention is going on in Bemidji this weekend, and more than 250 people from as far as British Columbia are expected to attend.
Events such as karaoke, ritual competitions and charitable gaming workshops have been held at the Bemidji Eagles Club or at the Hampton Inn and Suites.
The Installation of State Officers will be in the Eagles Banquet Room today from 1 to 2 p.m.
John Tobie will be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
The Eagles Club also announced it has awarded a $5,000 grant to the Hospice of Red River Valley.
