Bemidji Cenex robbed; sheriff seeks public’s help

BEMIDJI – The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two suspects believed to have robbed the Cenex South Convenient Store in Bemidji Township, just south of the city limits.

According to a press release:

Two masked males entered the Cenex at about 8:15 p.m. Saturday and took money from the two cash registers behind the counter.

One suspect was wearing a grey “hoodie” sweatshirt with a Quicksilver logo and a Star Wars mask.

The second suspect was dressed in dark clothing with what appeared to be a pig-faced Halloween mask. He is described as being about 5-foot-5 and 150-160 pounds.

Both suspects fled on foot and may have used ATVs to travel away from the store in a southeasterly direction.
