Bemidiji wrestlers split Saturday's action

HIBBING – The Bemidji wrestlers returned from their weekend at the Hibbing Invitational with two wins and two losses.

After downing Nashwauk and losing to Chisago Lakes on Friday the Lumberjacks defeated Mound 44-30 but fell 46-22 to Centennial in Saturday’s action.

In the victory over Mound Tyler O’Beirne, Logan Crosby and Brody Wilander posted pin victories while Craig Maas won by a major decision and Kade Johnson claimed a 9-0 win. Tyler Maas, Josh Dreyer and Alex Johnson all won via forfeits.

Crosby also pinned his Centennial opponent as did Alex Johnson while Dylan Sauceda, Robert Treuer and Kade Johnson posted decision wins.
