The following cases were heard on June 18, 19 and 25 by Beltrami District Judge John Melbye:

Gail Ann Hoyt, 29, of Bemidji was sentenced for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must serve 30 days in jail. Credit for time served is 22 days.

She was placed on five years probation.

Edward Wilder Jr., 46, of Bemidji was sentenced for misdemeanor domestic assault. He must serve 90 days in jail, all of which is stayed for two years.

He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $300 fine

Seth Parker Ryan, 22, of Bemidji was sentenced for misdemeanor fourth-degreeDWI. He must serve 90 days in jail, all of which is stayed for two years.

He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $500 fine.

Jeremy Roy Westrick, 22, of Bemidji was sentenced for felony receiving stolen property, probation dismissal, He must serve 55 days in jail. Credit for time served is 55 days. five years probation $1,000 fine.

Thomas Gilbert Jackson, 44, of Grand Forks, N.D. was sentenced for felony issuing a dishonored check. A sentence of 19 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility was stayed for five years. He must serve 90 days in jail.

He was placed on five years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Jessica Amber Day, 24, of Walker was sentenced for felony fifth-degree drug possession. A sentence of one year at the Shakopee Correctional Facility was stayed for five years. She must serve 90 days in jai. Credit for time served is 49 days.

She was placed on five years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Timothy John Butterfield, 21, of Blackduck was sentenced for felony second-degree burglary. A sentence of 18 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility was stayed for 10 years. He must serve 90 days in jail. Credit for time served is 40 days.

He was placed on 10 years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Payton Leonard Schaust, 22, of Bemidji was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 335 days of which are stayed for three years. Credit for time served is three days.

He was placed on three years probation and must pay a $750 fine.

Clifton John Morrow, 21, of Cass Lake was sentenced for gross misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He must serve one year in jail, 362 stayed days of which are stayed for two years. Credit time served is four days.

He was placed on two years and must pay a $500 fine.

Leonard Dean Headbird, 37, of Cass Lake was sentenced for gross misdemeanor obstructing the legal process. He must serve one year in jail, 275 days of which are stayed for two years. Credit for time served is 65 days.

He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $750 fine.

The following cases were heard on June 18 and July 2 by Beltrami District Judge Paul Benshoof:

Kenneth Lee Clark, 22, of Cass Lake was sentenced for gross misdemeanor negligent storage of firearms. He must serve one year in jail, 335 days of which are stayed two years. He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $300 fine.

Raymond Sylvester Forster, 50, of Blackduck was sentenced for gross misemeanor second-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 320 days of which are stayed for four years.

He was placed on four years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Savannah Leigh Pemberton, 24, of Cass Lake was sentenced for felony third-degree drug possession. A sentence of 33 months at the Shakopee Correctional Facility was stayed for 20 years.

She was placed on 20 years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Tony Lee Jacobson, 40, of Bemidji was sentenced for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must serve one year in jail, all of which is stayed for two years.

He must pay a $100 fine.

Jordan Anthony Thompson, 19, of Bemidji was sentenced for gross misdemeanor fourth-degree burglary. He must serve one year in jail, 248 days of which are stayed for two years.

He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $100 fine.

Jason Charles Anderson, 40, of Red Lake was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation. He must serve one year in jail, 335 days of which are stayed for two years. Credit for time served is two days.

He was placed on two years probation and must pay a $300 fine.

Kristy Leigh Iceman, 32, of Bemidji was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. She must serve one year in jail, 335 stayed of which are stayed for three years.

She was placed on three years probation and must pay a $400 fine.

Lawrence Edward Krumrey II, 26, of Cass lake was sentenced for felony fourth-degree controlled substance possession. A sentence of 21 months at the St. Cloud Correctional Facility was stayed for 30 years. He must serve one year in jail. Credit for time served 120 days.

He was placed on 30 years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

The following cases were heard by Beltrami District Judge Shari Schlucter on June 26 and 27 and July 16.

Cassandra Rose Mountain, 25, of Bemidji was sentenced for felony fourth-degree assault to a peace officer. probation dismissal. She must serve 88 days in jail.

She was placed on four years probation, successful completion of which will result in a dismissal of the charge, and must pay a $750 fine.

James Allen Hanson, 33, of Bemidji was sentenced for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 335 days of which are stayed for four years.

He was placed on four years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Rhonda Jean Cutbank, 37, of Redby was sentenced for felony fleeing a peace officer.

A sentence of 13 months at the Shakopee Correctional Facility was stayed for four years.

She must serve 147 days in jail.

She was placed on four years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.

Glen Anthony Fisher, 24, of Cass Lake was sentenced for misdemeanor domestic assault. He must serve 90 days in jail. Credit for time served is 30 days.

He must pay a $50 fine.

Arlene Linda Beaulieu, 37, of Redby was sentenced for gross misdemanor second-degree DWI. She must serve one year in jail, 332 days of which are stayed for three years.

She was placed on three years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.
