Beltrami court report for July 21
The following cases were heard on July 16 and 17 by Beltrami District Judge Shari Schlucter:
Myron Lee Fineday, 50, of Pennington was sentenced for second-degree DWI. He must serve one year in jail, 275 days of which are stayed for four years.
He was placed on four years probation and must pay a $1,000 fine.
Brittney Marina Archambault, 19, of Minneapolis was sentenced for fifth-degree drug possession. She must serve 51 days in jail.
She was placed on five years probation, successful completion of which will result in a dismissal of the charge.
The following cases were heard on July 11 by Beltrami District Judge John Melbye:
Kelsi Raeann Brown, 25, of Redby was sentenced for fourth-degree DWI. She must serve 90 days in jail, 89 of which are stayed for two years.
She was placed on two years probation and must pay a $500 fine.
Krisi Leigh Nordmarken, 42, of Walker was sentenced for check forgery. She must serve one year in jail, all of which is stayed for two years.
She was placed on two years probation and must pay a $750 fine.
