The following cases were heard by Beltrami County District Judge Shari Schluchter on May 21:

Auralia Marie Major, 32, of Bemidji, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI.

She was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 355 days stayed for four years. She must serve 10 days in jail and was given credit for five days served. She was placed on supervised probation for four years and must pay $185 in fines and fees.

Richard David Vigil, 25, of Bemidji, was convicted of gross misdemeanor fifth-degree assault.

He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 293 days stayed for two years. He must serve 72 days and two years of supervised probation. He must pay or work off $1,160 in fines and fees.

Stacie Little Star Clark, 34, of Blackduck, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor giving a peace officer a false name or name of another.

She was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 353 days stayed for two years. She must serve 12 days and was placed on probation for two years. She must pay or work off $660 in fines and fees.

Rae Jean Tahahwah, 28, of Bemidji, was convicted of gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI, refusal to submit to testing.

He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 350 days stayed for three years. He must serve 15 days in jail and was placed on probation for three years. He must pay or work off $935 in fines and fees.

Michael Lance Mosher, 43, of Bemidji, was convicted of gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI with two aggravating factors.

He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 days stayed for four years. He must serve 30 days on work release and given credit for four days served. He must pay fines and fees of $100 and serve four years on supervised probation.
